Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions relate to the purchase of a Gift Voucher redeemable at Nikki Silk Art. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to purchasing your Gift Voucher. All Gift Voucher purchased will be subject to these terms and conditions, which may be updated at any time without notice.

Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase any available Nikki Silk Artwork OR to purchase a Custom Artwork commission.
Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted if presented past the Gift Voucher’s advised expiry date.
Any promotional codes or discounts offered by Nikki Silk Art are not applicable to Gift Voucher purchases.
Gift Vouchers do not include shipping costs. These will need to be paid when completing your order.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full and cannot be redeemed for other services.
No credit, cash or change will be given in relation to the unspent portion of any Gift Voucher. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Voucher account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
If your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance by cash, bank transfer, eftpos or credit card. An additional 2.2% processing fee applies for all eftpos & credit card payments.
Nikki Silk Art does not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, damage, or alteration of Gift Vouchers.
There is no replacement for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
Nikki Silk Art reserves the right not to accept damaged or defaced Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase.
These terms and conditions relating to Gift Vouchers shall be amended at any time, at the sole discretion of Nikki Silk Art. These altered terms and conditions shall then become binding on the customer and holder of a Gift Voucher.
