The Crystal & Connection Experience invites you to slow down, connect, learn, and immerse yourself in an uplifting high-vibe experience filled with crystals, mindfulness, guidance, and meaningful connection.
This immersive private event blends crystal education, guided meditation, oracle guidance, and a beautifully curated shopping experience within a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Designed to uplift, inspire mindfulness, self-care, connection, and positive energy, this unique experience begins with a calming guided meditation session to help guests ground, relax, and connect intentionally with the experience ahead.
Guests will then have the opportunity to receive a personal oracle card reading before taking part in an interactive crystal workshop designed to teach participants how to intuitively select, cleanse, program, and use crystals in everyday life for manifestation, emotional wellbeing, protection, abundance, confidence, and mindful living.
Guests will then enjoy access to a beautifully styled crystal and spiritual lifestyle shopping experience including exclusive crystals, jewellery, tarot/oracle cards, manifestation tools, and high-vibe self-care products in a relaxed boutique-style atmosphere.

Cost: $59 per person
A minimum booking of 8 people is required per event. A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your event.
* Event includes travel to your location up to 20klm drive from Brisbane CBD. Additional travel fees will apply for locations outside of this area.

Terms & Conditions – The Crystal & Connection Experience – A Private Crystal Workshop & Shopping Event
1. Booking Requirements

A minimum of 8 participants is required per booking.
-
The cost is $59 per person.
-
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date.

Number of participants and the remaining balance must be paid in full and confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance 7 days before the event will result in the event being cancelled and the non-refundable booking fee being held as liquidated damages.
- If the number of participants falls below the minimum booking requirement, you will still be charged for the minimum number of participants.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Booking fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, the booking may be rescheduled to a new date (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

If the host needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
3. Location & Travel

Price includes travel to your chosen location within a 20 km drive from Brisbane CBD.

Locations outside this area will incur an additional travel fee (quote available upon request).

The venue must be safe, accessible, and have adequate space for all participants to sit and paint comfortably.
4. Age Requirements

Recommended for ages 18+.

Younger participants may be included by prior arrangement and must be supervised by a paying supervising adult.
5. Behaviour & Safety

Please respect the space, products, and each other during the event.

If alcohol is being consumed – please drink responsibly and respect the rules (if any) of the location.

Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour, including verbal or physical harm, may result in the event being ended early without a refund.
6. Photography & Media
-
Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please inform Nikki before the event begins.
7. Liability

By booking, you acknowledge that participation in this event is at your own risk.
